An action on behalf of Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian dairy farmers who supplied milk to companies within the Fonterra Group during the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Stolen Wages Class Actions (Multiple States and Territories)
Litigation Lending is funding Shine Lawyers in investigating a number of potential class actions against various States and Territories on behalf of First Nations People who were negatively impacted by Wage Control legislation from the late 1800's to the 1970's.
